  1. Provincewide ban takes effect on December 1st, 2006, prohibiting restaurants and bars from having seperate smoking rooms. Just thought I’d give a warning that this is about to happen soon.

  3. how many people do u see chain smoking weed on the street (say outside of a bar/restaurant) with butts strewn about? littering IS illegal. we need to be responsible. people whine & complain that “oh no! i can’t smoke anywhere i want to anymore!”, if smoking(anything) were more discrete, then this wouldn’t be an issue, as it is there are no boundaries between smokers/non-smokers. people talk about rights, but what if our “rights” infringe on other’s rights? i smoke, & only in the privacy of my home. don’t u get mad when your friends throw their Mcdonald’s garbage on the street? we need to be accountable for our actions… some aspects of smoking are very ugly indeed
