Go to Ellettsville! Monroe County’s tobacco ordinance has turned the small town of Ellettsville into a smoking oasis. The town of about 5,000 people isn’t covered by the countywide smoking ban because it is a separate government entity.
Fort Wayne bans smoking in restaurants.
August 1, 2003: Bloomington: bans smoking in restaurants and public places. Starting 2005 it includes bars and private clubs.
Greenwood City Council on Monday approved an ordinance that would prohibit smoking in most public places. It will take effect April 22.
