  1. Smoking is banned only in all restaurant dining areas, workplaces, and public buildings. Bars are exempt, and also sealed-off bars within restaurants, and truck stop enclosed smoking rooms are allowed.

  2. West Fargo, btw, is the only municipality that has banned smoking in ALL restaurants, including restaurant bars. All the other few municipalities that’ve passed bans so far have only applied it to restaurant dining areas(i.e. Minot, Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks).

  3. Scratch what I said, I read that West Fargo just amended their ban to mirror North Dakota’s statewide ban(and be the same as existing bans in other ND cities).
