So far, the ban only applies to Philadelphia, just so you know. Alleghany County(Pittsburgh) just passed one, but the county exeutive is leaning to veto it. A push is about to happen by some politicians for a PA statewide ban sometime this fall, so I’d advise any Pennsylvanians to immediately write their politicians to vote against a ban!
Happy too to report that one of the anti-smokers in the Pennsylvania legislative committee who voted in a failed tie vote for a statewide ban back in June just lost her primary(Sue Cornell), so maybe karma might be helping our side out for once. :)

allegheny county counsil has nothing better to do but create smoking bans,they dont think that lowering property taxes is important,and creating good paying jobs is important too,county counsil should be impeached
