Tennessee just started a statewide smoking ban at the start of this month, which only exempts businesses which restrict entry to 21 and over, tobacco stores, and a few other exemptions. Their cigarette tax increased from 20 to 62 cents too, as of July 1st of this year.
BOO to Tennessee, as it’s no longer the smoker-friendly state it once was. Not to mention, Georgia’s statewide ban is more lenient, since you only have to ban minors under 18 to allow smoking in a business.
