One man band Jesse Fuller's first recordings from 1954! Jesse Fuller was a truly unique one-man-band playing blues, spirituals, ballads and folk songs. On these recordings we find Jesse playing guitar, harmonica, kazoo and the footdella (a bass that Jesse built which he plays with his feet).
Working On The Railroad Includes six of his finest recordings, including the original version of "San Francisco Bay Blues" which has been covered by Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney and many others. Comes complete with an insert featuring liner notes and recently uncovered photos of The Lone Cat.
The EP features top tunes 'Railroad Blues', 'John Henry', 'Lining The Tracks', 'Hanging 'round A Skin Game' and 'The Railroad Work Song'.
Comes with liner notes with two unpublished photos of Jesse.
